The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in Scandinavian market (Sweden, Norway, Denmark). This role offers the opportunity to engage with high-value enterprise clients, develop strategic partnerships, and expand Documill’s footprint within the Salesforce ecosystem. As part of a company scaling under the Ascendx umbrella, this position provides access to an elevated sales platform with enhanced resources and market reach.
Responsibilites
Identify and develop new business opportunities in target market starting from prospecting to closing.
Lead strategic sales initiatives, positioning Documill as a key player in enterprise document automation.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including pre-sales activities, negotiations, and contract execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers and Salesforce Consulting Partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities and market needs.
Who you are
A results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales and enterprise account management.
Skilled in engaging C-level executives and decision-makers with a consultative sales approach.
A strategic thinker who can navigate complex sales cycles and drive high-value deals.
Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem or enterprise workflow automation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher.
10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a focus on enterprise clients.
Deep understanding of CRM, workflow automation, or document management technologies.
Native Swedish speaker and fluent in English, having suitable experience presenting to international audiences.
The applicant must have a valid authorization to work in the European Union without visa sponsorship.
Willingness to travel internationally when required.
